Why Asset Management

If your equipment is less than 2 years old and in full working order we are through our UK buying network able to offer you a profit sharing scheme.

What does this mean to you?

We will arrange to collect from you and if need be disconnect your equipment that we have agreed to asset manage for you and bring it back to our secure refurbishment and asset management warehouse.

Once we have received the equipment back we will record the serial numbers and document the specification of the equipment, we will also verify that the equipment is fully working prior to carrying out any work on it. If the equipment passes our working tests we will then calculate the return of value based on the current reuse value of the equipment and after a small charge for our admin and workshop time which includes datawiping up to ministry of defence standards we will then return 60% of the value of the item to you.

Process for Asset Management

1 Collection via vehicle and transport to our Lincolnshire Warehouse

2. Assessment to record working state and serial numbers

3. Assessment of value and revenue return to customer

4. Equipment is then cleaned of all identifying marks and securely datawiped up to ministry of defence standards there by ensuring that no information contained on the equipment can be recovered.

5. Equipment is then inspected and cleared for sale and a certificate of datawiping issued to customer along with revenue cheque.
